Oakfresco aim to have your order ready within 4 weeks. If you require a quicker delivery, please contact Oakfresco either by telephone or email and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements (but can’t promise!).
Delivering Your Order

Oakfresco’s Delivery and Installation Process
Delivery and installation is free for all of Oakfresco’s Oak Tables and Table Sets.
This furniture is extremely solid and heavy and our installation team will need easy access to where it will be sited.
Once full cleared payment is received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We aim to deliver your furniture within four weeks from receiving full cleared payment. However, if you require your order sooner, please contact us and we will endeavour to deliver sooner if possible (depending upon current order load).
We use our own team to make delivery of your outdoor oak furniture. We always endeavour to deliver on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, for example, inclement weather conditions, traffic issues, etc, that might affect the delivery time agreed with you.
IMPORTANT – Delivery is usually made using a 7.5 tonne lorry. To enable smooth delivery, please inform us of any access or parking issues to your property prior to delivery.
Please note that, if you are unavailable at the pre-arranged delivery time, an additional cost will be charged to arrange re-delivery.
Our oak garden furniture is made from solid oak beams; it is extremely heavy. The table is dismantled to enable manageable transit. The benches are delivered assembled but are still heavy. It is best to assemble in situ as, once assembled, your oak furniture will be difficult to manoeuvre.
We aim to have your order delivered in impeccable condition. We check the condition of your order upon despatch. Upon its arrival, please check your order before accepting delivery. If damaged, orders should be refused and returned to Oakfresco. Please state the reason for refusal on the delivery team’s delivery slip. If possible take photographs of the damage. Please immediately telephone us to report the problem.
